Even Hobie refers to Boris as The Artful Dodger at one point in the book.
Yes, as he accepts his unfortunate lot in life with great spirit, and is a far more entertaining character than Theo/Oliver.
I did see a modern-day Artful Doger in Boris.
Plus visitation from a ghost on Christmas Eve
