Thanks for putting the answer to this question, even though it was your own question. :) I just started this book this evening, and so far it is probably my favorite Philippa Gregory book (I have read several). I was wondering if Hannah was real or invented to be able to show the difficulties of being Jewish, a woman, and in the middle of a family conflict. I am 50 pages in, but love it. Thanks again!
