Agree Trish - I've enjoyed the previous 2 in the series, and lots of other Ken Follet novels, but really struggling with this one. Only 300 pages in after about 5 weeks!! How did you go?
It gets better. I struggled through the 1st quarter of the book, but then as I "got to know them" , MUCH EASIER. He also reminds you as the story progresses; ...the wife of...; his first son by --------; etc. I found that extremely helpful.
