Thank you, that is great advice! I don't know if a Nanowrimo will work for me because I'm not from the US, but still. Thank you!
If not Nano, maybe look for people on Twitter (#amwriting is a great hashtag) who you can do sprints with. The writing community is generous and friendly. If you reach out, you'll likely find a ton of support.
