Oh, this is a huge relief to me! Thank you for the detailed answer. I'll definitely be snapping it up - and as a poly person myself I'm already dying to get my hands on the sequel! Seriously, thank you. I was so excited to see the blurb and hear that it was a queer novel, and then so confused/let down by the reviews I mentioned. This is such a relief to hear. Going straight to Amazon to pre-order!
