Jeaniene, I can only imagine how frustrating that is for you!
Sometimes the translations are really horrible. It is a pity readers have no say in it.
In spanish, it's the same. I'm from Argentina and I bought the book in spanish under the name of "Besos de sangre" (I think it would be "Blood Kisses) 0.0 The second one is not available in spanish so,thank god, we're safe from a bad translation!
I just feel sorry because of those translations readers that would like the story are driven away
The title of the book, even if you don't come out with it, should be your intellectual property. What's next? Foreign publishers changing the character's names?
I don't understand how you are not entitled to name your own work. It just seems so wrong.
