Jo Leland He can look over Patrick's shoulder during revisions. He'll read it sooner than the rest of us! But my condolences on his loss. He wouldn't have asked you to become angry about a publishing date. Rothfuss could die any day, as could any of us.

JJ Flynn While it is sad that your father passed. Which my mother did less then a month ago. That was a dick thing to say wasn't it. Not the authors fault that your father died between releases, is it? What is true, is that the author gave your father yet another happy time in his life.

Be more considerate before you post trash like this.

Now please, commence with your pissy followup.

Amanda Lightfoot Marlot, I am sorry about the loss of your father. I too think it is sad that he didn't get the chance to read the book.

Zach Neal Jesus man, you've got a heck of a chip on your shoulder don't ya JJ? Maybe you could show some compassion for a lost loved one rather than fanboying PR to the nth degree? It's a bit much.

Dennis LOL Jo Leland. What planet are you from? Marlot does not seem angry haha. Good lord!

Marouane J @jj flynn : fuck you and your rothfuss bitch... she never said that it was his fault that her father passed away but it is true for so many people out there who were loyal readers from day one and felt cheated and lied about a promise made by the author HIMSELF.
Do us a favor, start using your brain for once and stop being an brainless ass licking sheep for an author who don't give a fuck about you, who don't know your pathetic existence in the first place and who don't even read these comments for fuck sake.. Grow the fuck up and stop being condescending for others peoples opinions.
