William Brown Definitely an awful lot about Chris Knight that really makes one think and reevaluate one's way of living. Much to make one cry about in this book also. He would not have stolen if he had tried to do this in another setting or location. It was the only way he could survive - not excusing it; it was wrong no matter how you look at it. But there's aspects of Knight that are deeply humane in ways that we, living in another world, are greatly lacking.
