There are many sex scenes in the books also- less so than the tv show.
Except the book sex scenes aren't explicitly described.
Well, there's a whole chapter dedicated to the glorification of Drogo's ****, but yes, HBO managed to add more explicit sex scenes
Graphic incest between adults, graphic rape described on a pile of corpses, beheading, immolation, sword/axe amputation, etc...What is not to like ?
The HBO series also creates far more homosexual stuff and makes it FAR more explicit that what is in the books...That is standard for all HBO productions RE book adaptations...
