Paul, the second half of Shadows of Self and most of Bands of Mourning feel much less "fodder" like. I had to push through Alloy and the first half of Shadows of Self but after that I really liked this Wax & Wayne series.
That's great to know, thank you. I've been in the exact same boat - pushed through Alloy of Law but find myself missing the old gang.
