I answered this on my own author page, too. I think my favorite couple changes whenever I read a new book. There is one couple from a YA paranomal series that I've been ogling for a couple years, though. If you haven't read JUDGEMENT OF THE SIX series by Melissa Haag, you should check it out. I'm not usually into werewolves (or vampires) but this series is atypical.
