Alma i think Theodora was jealous too when she realized Luke had a thing for Eleanor, and after Eleanor had spoken to Luke privately in the garden. I was honestly wondering if Eleanor herself was bisexual in the novel, as she seems to have no preference either way and was always pushing people away as soon as they would come close to her, such as whenever Theodora would touch her she'd shrink away, or when Luke would be charming and try to make her laugh, Eleanor would castigate him in her mind and write him off as silly and self-centered.

Γιάννης Dany Salvatierra Of course Theodora knew. Also she knew that Eleanor also had a sexual attraction for Luke also. Theodora might loved Eleanor as well, not in the same way. .

Γιάννης Alma. She might be a little jealous. But i believe that Theodora liked Eleanor, even loved her as a friend (can't say if she saw her in a different way even if a few of her words point to that). But Theodora changed her behaviour against Eleanor at the end because she wanted to make her disgust her because she didn't wanted to take her to her home. That's why all that flirting with Luke, using everything Eleanor had revealed about her past to piss her off etc. Theodora didn't want anything "homey" like Eleanor (even with her roomate/friend we don't know exactly what type of relationship they have)
