I wonder if the "exchange" is always "equivalent to love" or if other emotions might intercede?
I suspect you are correct--depends on the book and the reader, is my guess. With me, when the exchange is transformational, I feel love, but that might have something to do with my personality type, as in my Myers-Briggs, an evaluation that was done rather extensively when I was sent to management school before a major promotion in the corporate world.
Ah the good old corporate world. Fond memories I cannot uncover.
Me either. I think I had a blackout--a 16 year blackout? I actually can't remember... Not yet, anyway, and it's getting late.
