Woah! What French vorkosigan comic? Somebody send me a link?
It was the first of three planned volumes adapting The Warrior's Apprentice; it sold so poorly the project was abandoned after only one volume.
ISBN ... not actually given, but there is a code, 53-7932-6, and another, 9 782302 006768
Publisher was Soliel.
