I think i now understand what they were criticizing, thank you! I'm not familiar with this period of history as I'm from another country where nothing similar happened so i wasn't sure what to think . Of course the play seemed crazy, but at the same time believing a woman can be a witch seems crazy too, but with historical references i understand much better, thanks!
