mwana Helpful but since Gone Girl didn't work for me- I'll pass on this one.

Kim Believe me, this is nothing like Gone Girl. But you are wise to pass on it. It sucks.

Vicki Nothing at all like Gone Girl. I don't see any similarity between this book and Gone Girl.

message 4: by Kim (new)

Kim Only the fact that one of the characters was a murdering psychopath.

Kira FlowerChild The only similarity between this book and Gone Girl is the unreliable narrator(s). Other than that, there is absolutely no similarity.

Judy Lindow Of course I often like the last best AND lets face it, Astral projection?? But it was so fascinating to look for all the clues and the person/body/motivation angle added a fun layer that made it interesting to unravel. I'm thinking from reading the comments and talking with friends that some did not get it. They'll say things like Adele was such a bitch, why did he even stay? And I'll know. To be fair to the naysayers - that twist came very close to the end. But then in hindsight you can see why Rob wanted the journal read, why Adam was part of the picture ...
