Hi again, Chelsea. Just a follow-up to let you know I'm still looking into this and haven't forgotten. Hopefully can get some answers soon as to why some books are appearing and not others. :)

I think the problem is solved as of an hour ago, but it'll take 6-8 weeks for the books to show up, they said. Hopefully faster! :)
