I like the simplicity and realism of the system - and the fact that it doesn't seem as distorted by the need for gaining levels.

Christian Loidl What about non Chaosium systems, like HarnMaster, RoleMaster, Riddle of Steel or Indie systems like Fiasco, Dogs in the Vinyard, Universalis, ...?
