Orwell certainly did NOT support the democratic socialism of those nations. In Orwell's own words, "[s]ocialism means a classless society, or it means nothing at all." Orwell's democratic socialism was the democratic socialism of Eugene V. Debs more so than it was that of the Scandinavian nations and their lot.
