Julie R Thanks Richard! I have a couple on my shelf that I need to read before I get into another series.

Richard Jr. You'll enjoy his earlier books better when Jack Reacher was not so dark a character.

Julie R Ok, thanks. You're right, I'd kind of rather not read anything dark.

Richard Jr. Julie, If you're interested in history that reads like fiction, try my Civil War book "Rough Enough" which has Richard Clow's letters to his sisters in 1864-65. It's not a dark book, but follows him for 20 years through two marriages on the frontier and mining for gold in Deadwood, S. Dakota in 1876. The link to it is: http://www.amazon.com/author/rickmcbee
