I've just read The Grisha Trilogy and I absolutely love Nikolai, so I think I'd read a book of him doing nothing, cause he's funny like that (kidding).
But I think a book about his adventures as Sturmhold would be amazing
I love Nikolai as well! I think a book about Strumhold's adventures would by pass my love of Captain Jack Sparrow in a heartbeat.
