Lukáš Janáč Well I pretty enjoyed The Stand when read it several years ago and instead of rereading it I decided to try this book, so far very entertaining...

Michael Awesome!! I picked it up yesterday and plan on starting it after I'm done with my current book.

Kymberly Blake Well Mike ...what did you think of Swan Song... :)

Michael Just got around to starting it recently and just finished it before the new year and it was AMAZING! I'm not a crier when it comes to reading books but this one gave me goosebumps and almost made me tear up at the end :). I did enjoy it more than The Stand.

Sam Detente It's one of those books I...don't know, I can't make a comparison to The Stand in terms of quality. I think they both stand as the pinnacles of post-apocalyptic fiction. But you're reading Swan Song first time? Whoa ho ho, I envy you. I won't spoil it for you, but the author is constant all the way through and I'm sure you'll felt like you truly had a literary experience by the end; even if the book wasn't completely to your liking.

Sam Detente Sorry, I meant to say the author is "consistent" to the end.

Martha When it came out, The Stand was one of the first of its kind and Stephen King was at his peak. Reading it now, it seems a little elementary, but I think that's because we're used to being scared.
