All of this advice should be taken in the context of a 17 year old with access to the internet ( Where FAR MORE disturbing content is 3-5 clicks away... )
How do you know she has access to the internet? Even if she does, her parents may have controls on it. Not all kids are raised the same, and what is appropriate for one may not be for another.
