finally someone who agreed with me! Esther's involvement was the only thing I like about the book!
I had very mixed feelings about the book. The writing wasn't great. There were loose threads and implausible behaviors. Yet I kept turning pages, and I did love the ending!
The book is stupid and I want my money back. How does someone get taking for a prisioner with no locks and no restraints.
I feel exactly the same way. I kept reading reviews until I found some one who hated it as much as me. I thought I was crazy. I won't read any more books by this author. Too grueling.
Agreed! I kept hoping the author would offer some twist or turn in what was SUCH predictable drivel ... but no.
