I have a lot of affection for Sazed :)
He seems like one of those guys everyone would like to hang out with. Non-judgmental, smart and loyal.
I love reading about the new religions that you create for each new series and the lives and the stories that you build around them ... It would be a lot of fun hanging out with you and Sazed discussing the religions of each new world you discover.
Gah! I LOVE Sazed! He is simply wonderful! He is my boyfriend's favorite character in the book as well!
Sazed would be awesome, but I would have to pick Tensoon! Can you imagine hearing about all of the experiences he's had

I took a comparative religion class. The professor tried to be impartial, buuut you could (understandably) see his biases. It's hard not to have them. I would love to listen to Sazed describe various religions. Also, he seems generally awesome, and that's important. :p

Sazed is a good choice, but I think I would get along better with Kelsier or David Charleston
I really like Sazed and would have a hard time between picking him and Lopen... god I love Lopen. One of the best characters in any book i have ever read. And listening to Michael Kramer voice him is wonderful.
I'd choose Sazed too. I love how he treated Vin before she became badass
As much as I love Sazed I think I'd hang with The Lopen.
While Kaladin is my favorite hero, I think Lopen would make a better friend.
I would go hit the gym with Ham .I'd ask him to teach me to burn pewter and I would give him a great steroid connection.
I am so glad someone else wants Sazed to be their best friend! I think he one of my favorite characters in any book ever.
Wayne would be tiresome in the end I guess! :p

Probably Wayne! Everyone needs a good laugh and someone to keep it interesting ^^ Love how Wayne evolved through the books!
Me too. I love the whole concept of the Keepers. As a Lutheran Pastor I desire not to be a hater but one who appreciates all religions. I can aspire to be a Keeper
I think my favorite character of yours is Wayne. He's just so darn entertaining.
The ending of the Mistborn trilogy, with Sazed recreating the world using his vast, accumulated knowledge, is THE greatest, most satisfying conclusion to any book/series of books that I have ever read in my life! It gives me that semi-watery eye, tingly feeling (the guys at work must never find out about this comment).
I love all your characters. I think I'd pick Kaladin. Besides the fact that he is brave (as are so many of your characters), I love his complexity and how he questions what he does and if he is right in his actions.

Sazed has the comforting, loyal friend aura that's like your walking-library and wouldn't tire of you asking questions and would enjoy teaching you things.
