Sadly, Penny, there are no films or documentaries about this remarkable man. There are not even any biographies. He gets mentioned a lot in Welsh histories, but he deserves much more than that. He is also a character in Edith Pargeter's novel called--I think--The Heaven Tree? I like her writing a lot, but never read this one, or her quartet about the Welsh princes simply because I don't feel comfortable reading another writer's "take" on characters who've taken up residence in my heart and head. But some of my readers have read them and enjoyed them. We were trying for a while to get Here Be Dragons made into a film, but it never worked out....sigh. On my Facebook page, they've had a funny thread going that was titled, "No, Joanna, don't do it!" Everyone who posted to it said the same thing, that they knew immediately what the poster meant.
