thanks Andrea - my thoughts exactly. This glaring omission of the collection of human invention, mathematics, science philosophy, history, you name it - kinda ruined the book for me.
Me too! Not an engineer but I can teach myself just about anything. I mean, come ON people!
its a book, not actual fact; the book is about love and the eternal ego that drives us apart; thus in our days of reflection the important stuff becomes clear; be with family, friends and forget the money and things
I loved this book, but I did have the same question that keeps being asked: surely there would be some talented and experienced engineers and the like who would be supported by others so that they could work on infrastructure issues. Also, what about biodiesel sources of fuel?
yeah but how will they contact each other - as an engineer I'm sure you'll have an answer
I agree from a technical POV. It's not like they have to 'reinvent the wheel' since it's already been done and documented.
And I gaurendamntee you a prophet a bandana methhead tribe or just people tired of snotty people will kidnap you and enslave you. Food for electricity etc. Or you try to stay alive. Your call.
