Catherine Goldwyn thanks Andrea - my thoughts exactly. This glaring omission of the collection of human invention, mathematics, science philosophy, history, you name it - kinda ruined the book for me.

Bjørn Kleiven its a book, not actual fact; the book is about love and the eternal ego that drives us apart; thus in our days of reflection the important stuff becomes clear; be with family, friends and forget the money and things

Nerissa Nields I loved this book, but I did have the same question that keeps being asked: surely there would be some talented and experienced engineers and the like who would be supported by others so that they could work on infrastructure issues. Also, what about biodiesel sources of fuel?
