Went to Goodreads and found the path you need to take. Google "Contact Goodreads Customer Support" and click on the answer that reads "Contact Customer Support." You will get a form reply. On the questions "What does this question pertain to (2-3 words)?" answer "Goodreads Giveaway." You'll get a dropdown menu of answers. Click the one about not receiving a book. I couldn't go any further with it because it must be answered by the person asking the question (you). Good luck. -- Diane
