I see your point but then again - is that what a really well written book should be like? A good book is a pleasure to read from the beginning to the end.
That's a good point. But I still strongly recommend trying to get through it and giving it another go, at least if you like adventure and off-beat ideas.
I might give it another shot in some time then.
