I agree with your sentiments. I'm trying to get used to Rowan, but I don't like him with Aelin. He hurt her physically and emotionally. You don't do that to your mate. I don't remember receiving an apology from him? or some sort of indication of shame coming from him because of what he did to her?? I don't like them together but as long as the romance doesn't interfere with the story, then I'm willing to let go of things. But still, abuse is abuse.
