Barbara if you won through a goodreads giveway they are good about making sure you get your book. They also recommend you wait 4-6 weeks before making an inquiry because it takes quite awhile to get the books out sometimes. If you let goodreads admin know your book hasn't come yet they can help you. It's a great book and I hope you get to read it soon.
