Channing Tatum would make a perfect Jens he's funny and full of muscles! I think the cover model for Fossengrimen (although I don't know who he is or if he acts) is exactly how I picture Foss before I even saw the book so he's perfect! And Lucy needs to be someone with enough of their own moxie and depth to pull off all tha emotion, like Dakota Fanning or AnnaSophia Robb! Thanks for answering my question and letting me cast the imaginary (at least for now) movie!
