Jackary You're an idiot Sarah. You obviously read this book paying no attention whatsoever to how the plot and the message coincide. If I were you I would think twice before sharing a negative opinion. I felt that this book was a very inspiring novel with a purpose. At least it knew where to put its apostrophes in words (It's "isn't", not "isnt'").

Carlos I feel bad that you don't get to enjoy this masterpiece of a novel

Bob Smith "He took out the plastic bottle of water and unscrewed the cap and held it out and the boy came and took it and stood drinking. He lowered the bottle and got his breath and he sat in the road and crossed his legs and drank again. Then he handed the bottle back and the man drank and screwed the cap back on and rummaged through the pack. The ate a can of white beans, passing it between them, and he threw the empty tin into the woods.

Then they set out down the road again."

Andrew Bolton Sarah, I feel bad that feel this book was inappropriate, you should've checked the rating as it is rated R and if you cant handle rated R books then don't read them.

Emma I first read the book in college, and having some guidance helped a lot. Maybe if you read this it will shed some light on why Cormac McCarthy would be repetitious, or what kind of inspiration there might be to find in the book. https://journals.openedition.org/ejas...

Henry Writing a disparaging comment with no coherent analysis and no evidence to back up a vague opinion is useless and can't be taken seriously especially when you fail to understand that the repetition in the book is intentional, and part of McCarthy's lyrical writing style. You probably shouldn't read books at all.

Autumn I'm sorry you can't understand literary genius.
