Oh No! this is devastating for me. I have vision problems and audio is the very best way for me to enjoy your books. Text to speech is ok but there is nothing better than the sexy voice of Tom Stechschulte . I am sad.

I promise Niki, this was upsetting for me too and I am doing all I can to see if we can't get this fixed.

That's great to hear. I don't have visual problems but have problems with my hands that mean I can no longer hold a book, I've moved to a Kindle which is easier but can't do the marathon reading sessions I used to. Also I find that listening to an Audio book is great as it feeds my addiction at times when reading wouldn't be possible, such as walking the dog, going shopping etc. That being said the narrator can made or break a book. If the narrator is not good regardless if the book is the best in the universe it will be impossible for me to continue with them. Eg Game of Thrones. The narrator has a beautiful cultured voice but quite frankly is too old. Now it's not an age thing, I've listened to many audiobooks with an older by that I mean elderly narrator and they've been fabulous but the voice just did not do anything for the myriad of characters in GOTs. I don't know if you follow the books or TV series but there is a character called Kal Drogo and he reminds me of a Carpathian male. The epitome of masculinity and when you have a narrator with a cultured, elderly voice that has a bit of a tremor to it, it just sounds so wrong. Sorry for the long comment!
