Hess definitely needs his own story!
I think that Worth would prefer to stick to what he knows best - being a man of business for his fellow peers (including some of the Lonely Lords) who also happens to be the younger brother and estranged heir of an earl (something that Will at least can commiserate with). I feel that Worth, as with Beckman and Andrew, would never feel comfortable as a titled peer in his own right.
