ah ok, because I started reading the book and I counldn't understand what was that bridge she was talking about, that had appeared in an alley. Reading in english is difficult for me and I was going to quit the book because I had no idea what was going on
I can see how this could be confusing, because the shortcuts that Vic opens do look to her mind like old, decrepit bridges.
