That's hard cover Mariane. I'm looking for kindle edition. (And hopefully for more reasonable price)

Weird. For me it shows only hard-cover for 40.00 $ and even that "is not currently available for purchase".

Well, that's a start - it is available for Nook for 4.99$. Still not for Kindle though.
P.S. Mariane you can't share kindle books due to copyright protection. But thank you - it is very kind of you to suggest it. :)
How can an ebook even be "not currently available"? Usually I can buy all ebooks on Amazon's US-site. Argh, I've been wanting to read this book for months!
