I had another look in my stack of spare books, and I found a single copy! I've put it on one side for you, so if you'd like it, send me an email to johnpeel@optonline.net. I'm not sure how much it will be (it depends on the postage), but it certainly wouldn't be more than $10.
You may want to try halfprice books marketplace online. They usually have a great price range & condition of books.
I've not heard of them, but that sounds like a good idea.
