South Africa - generally we get the same release as the US. But every now and again there's some silly geographic rights thing and the kindle version just doesn't ever get released here... It's weird for it to happen now though, cause I brought ebook versions of the first two no problem. I'll avoid a prolonged rant about the ridiculousness of limiting the sale of *digital* goods by physical location and hold thumbs for the paper version ;)
I'm pretty sure South Africa is covered by the UK contract. Do the books advertised to you have hands holding weapons on the covers? At any rate, if that's true, then the book should be coming out Mid-March!
It didn't, it had a giant bird on it. But I found one with hands and a sword on it and successfully ordered that one for delivery on the 24th of March. Thanks Brian :D
Yep -- the hand with sword is the UK one. Glad it worked out!
