I just feel that Eadlyn falls in love too fast, they barley had any moments together and the whole thing just seems rushed to me... But the relationship with Eadlyn and Kile, although Kile has his own priorities and no desire to be in the selected, he offers to give up pretty much his whole life's passion to be with her. And even though the relationship is cliché, Eadlyn does claim she wants all the power and to be an idependent queen, so if she where to be with Kile he could be the king and his main foucus would be architecture and to advise in important descisions in which Eadlyn feels torn. That way eadlyn can become a better person and kile can continue his passion. I mean that would only work of course if Eadlyn loved Kile like he loves her, but unfortunately they don't so :(
