Do you think he loved himself more than he loved Lou?
oh, yeah. Definitely. (Have you read After You? In that, it kinda confirms what a jerk he was with women.) I believe he truly cared about her a lot (maybe more than any other woman he was with ), but still, it's how he is, and pretty much was, all his life -- he put himself first, right up to the end
