And the word "just" is wasted/unnecessary in your comment. ;-)
Thank you forr adding so significantly to this conversation, you really helped me understand the meaning of this book. Also just to let you know, the word ‘that’ in your response was unnecessary, it just added clutter that ruined your try hard correction. If you’re going to take the time to correct somebody’s gRamEr at least make your scentances more clear. Since you are not clearly on my intellectual plane, I will give you a simple definition of the word ‘that’, which any sensible person would know about. ‘That’ is predominately used to identify a specific person or thing observed by the speaker. Anybody with any sort of knowledge would have immediately seen that the connection between your use and the definition was completely nonexistent. I made this comment in a nice tone of voice, so everything I have said is pure intellectual bliss.
"Anyways" is actually a word (I am saying this to you in the nicest tone of voice , but the expression on my face conveys something other than "nice" ) . The online Merriam Webster dictionary has this to say : "The oldest sense of anyways is pretty old, having been in use since the early 13th century. Not only have we been writing anyways for 800 years, it wasn’t just slipped in as a mistake in one or two old scrolls; the word may be found regularly over the centuries " .....the word "anyways" is not just in the dictionary but has regularly had an "s" on it for 800 years !
