For what it's worth, there's one called Sister Queens by Julia Fox. It's a dual biography of Juana and her sister Catherine of Aragon, and while as I recall it was a little more weighted toward Catherine, it's the only book I've ever seen that even dealt with Juana.
Oh, yeah. I remember that one but I haven't read it yet.
