Olivia No It is a letter, but it can also be the danish word for "island"

Kimberly I wouldn't say it's uncommon in the states. I grew up crossing 0s and 7s, too, and I went to a public school. I'll also see the crossed 0 in codes that are a mixture of letters and numbers.
