Okay, silly question, but why is it being released in the US first?
Do you know... I have no idea! :-)
Publishers have weird schedules all around the world for book releases, and because I'm considered to be a US writer (even though I live in the UK) Harper Collins US get the jump on HC-UK.
It's all a mystery to me, but I'm sure it makes sense to them guys!
Ah, yes. Bernard Cornwell's books are similar (but in the other direction).
I hope there is MIST in it Tony, remember what I told you in Crosby...virtually every book has mist in it in some form or another - it is the law!!!
Ha ha! I do remember, and you'll have to buy it to find out! ;-)
