I read the fold first and just finished 14. I'm also betting on the combo sequel.
I'd love to see, first, at least a short story about what went on in Nate and Veek's lives between the end of '14' and the events at the end of 'The Fold'.
Well, the squales did get a brief mention in Paradox Bound!
