Michael Carradice Indeed. He was rather pious in his devotion to Athena, and commended himself to her whenever facing a difficult task that required ingenuity. He had ordered his crewmen to leave alone the herds of the Sun. He never defied Poseidon, just suffered his anger as he could. All his actions show a respect for the gods that also means an understanding of the forces in the world and his own place in it.
