tabasum ☘ In my opinion, the choice Chiyo stole was Hana herself. Had Chiyo not drunk whatever it was that she took from the vault where choices were kept, she wouldn’t have gotten pregnant with Hana. And Hana wasn’t her child in the first place, it was someone else’s. The real mother of Hana had already thought of the name “Hana” for her child. Hence, the choice Chiyo stole was Hana.
Both Toshio and Chiyo had stolen choices, choice Hana was stolen by Chiyo, and choice Keishin was stolen and released by Toshio. This is how I think Hana and Keishin are related to each other.

Alina That Sounds about right. However I am confused as to why Hana and Keishin are "the Same". Hana wanted to give Keishin Back to the Shiikuin because He was the choice that got pawned but in my understanding her father told her to really think about If she really wanted to give Keishin Back because that would also mean, that she would be giving her own life? I don't know maybe I understood Something completely wrong 😭😂

tabasum ☘ Your confusion is genuine, the author has kept a few things very vague for the readers.
My theory is that since Keishin and Hana were in love with each other and neither of them belonged to the world they were in (because they were from the real world and were also stolen choices), Toshio might have thought that if Hana gave Keishin back to Shikuin, she would also be trapped in this world forever. Keishin was her way back to the real world.
Maybe that’s why her father told her to really think about handing Keishin back to Shikuin.
This is how I have understood it.
