Oh, did the Courier services say so? Was the address wrongly written, - and most importantly - is the copy on the way to its correct address now? I hope so. Do keep me updated.

Yes the courier service said so, the address was absolutely correct. It was clearly written 'BESIDE' Pandey Classes but they gave it to Pandey Classes only. I am trying to get it from the coaching institute, will update you about it.

Yes they signed for it, I contacted the courier service & asked them to recover the parcel & give it to me. They've promised to do it by tomorrow if they don't I will request you to file a complaint with the Delhi branch.
Oh, what a mess. Surprised that Pandey classes did not read the consignee name. I thought you said it is next door, so isn't it easier to get it back from them directly? Let e know.

Also I called the courier delivery guy yesterday morning & he said 'I am coming IMMEDIATELY at 5-6pm' but he didn't came. Just now when I called him he said 'Your parcel is definitely with them & you'll get it, I am coming IMMEDIATELY at 8pm or so'
Such courier services should be reported and debarred forever. I'll report them to Publisher, since they recruited this agency. Keep me updated.
I have been calling the guy who delivered it since last 4-5 days & he always repeats his recorded message that 'I have checked it, I delivered it on 1st June. Will come in 2-3 days, I delivered it to the correct address.'
I am tired explaining to him that the address had clear instructions, "BESIDE" Pandey Classes but he is so lethargic & adamant that I am now fed up. Can you please file a complaint to their Delhi office?
Isn't Pandey classes co-operating? What will they do with the book? Isnt it easier to approach the Incharge of Pandey classes? Delhi office of Ondot is likely to be as incompetent and lethargic as delivery guy.
So the delivery guy visited yesterday & asked the receptionist of the coaching institute for the package & they said that they would find it & send it to me. While when I visited the receptionist she said that a girl used to work there earlier & she has taken it with her. Will talk to the head of coaching institute in the evening, let's see what happens
What an unholy mess! I've asked my Publisher to make them accountable for this blunder. thoroughly unprofessional!
What's sad & frustrating is their sheer arrogance! The delivery man talks as if I have done some mistake -_-

Nahi jayegi naukri ? Now that's the saddest part - if he's so sure of not being kicked out inspite of blundering, then it says everything about the company.
Can you please call the courier service center from where it was shipped & file an official complaint?
Do you have the receipt of the courier sent? It seems I have to go to consumer forum
It still didn't get through? I have filed a complaint with the Publisher, since they sent the courier. I did that as soon as you reported the no delivery to me.
Actually they seem to be least interested in doing their job hence I've decided to file a complaint against them in consumer forum
I wrote to Publisher's CEO yesterday about this matter. Hope he takes strict action.

Whenever you send a copy kindly message me the courier details so that I can track it & if I am not available I can ask them to hold it for me
