No, I hate teen romances and I hated this book. The problem for me was that the world didn't do anything for me. The Glade wasn't gripping, I never felt like I was in the book. I'm not going to say it's a bad book, my family enjoyed it, it just wasn't for me.
Yeah, "dramatic teen love" seems basically impossible for the Gladers.
